E-Gift Card Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to every NAMINAL e-gift card purchased on naminal.com. By purchasing or redeeming a NAMINAL e-gift card, you agree to the following:

1. Delivery & Accuracy

E-gift cards are sent to the email address you provide at checkout. Please double-check the recipient's email address before completing your purchase — NAMINAL is not responsible for a gift card that isn't delivered because of an incorrect email address.

2. Non-Refundable

E-gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, in full or in part.

3. Customer Responsibility

Once delivered, you are responsible for keeping your gift card code safe. NAMINAL is not liable for gift cards that are lost, stolen, or misused after delivery.

4. Digital Only, Online Use

NAMINAL e-gift cards are issued digitally and can be redeemed on naminal.com. No physical card is issued.

5. Items Bought with a Gift Card

Items purchased using an e-gift card are not eligible for a cash or card refund, but can be exchanged for another item of equal value, in line with our Shipping & Returns and Payments & Refunds policies.

6. Validity

NAMINAL e-gift cards do not expire unless stated otherwise at the time of purchase.
