Payment Methods

We offer a variety of convenient payment options:

• Credit / Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard
• Vodafone Cash
• Fawry
• Cash on Delivery (COD): Available in select areas within Egypt

All online payments are processed through a secure, encrypted payment gateway. We do not store your card details.

Refunds

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days from the date we receive and inspect your returned item.

Refund Method

• Card payments will be refunded to the original card
• Cash on delivery orders will be refunded via bank transfer or Vodafone Cash

Partial Refunds

In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted (e.g., items not in original condition, missing tags, or items returned after the 14-day window).

Non-Refundable Items

• Sale items (final sale)
• Items that are worn, washed, or damaged after delivery
• Items returned after 14 days from delivery date
