• Express Delivery: 1–2 business days (available in Cairo & Giza)
• Free shipping on orders over 2,499 EGP

International

• Delivery times vary by destination (typically 7–14 business days)
• Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight

Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy

• Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached
• Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned

Exchange Policy

• Exchanges for a different size or color are accepted within 14 days
• Subject to availability
