How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email or SMS with your tracking number. You can also visit our Order Tracking page.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly, but if you need to make a change, contact us immediately at support@naminal.com. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request before the order ships.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit/debit cards, Vodafone Cash, Fawry, and cash on delivery (available in select areas).

How do I find my size?

Do your items run true to size?
Generally yes, but each product page includes specific fit notes. We recommend checking those before ordering.
Shipping
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery within Egypt takes 3–5 business days. Express delivery (Cairo & Giza) takes 1–2 business days. See our full Shipping & Returns page for details.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship to select international destinations. Delivery times and fees are calculated at checkout.
Returns
What is your return policy?

How do I care for my NAMINAL pieces?
Care instructions are printed on the label of each garment. As a general rule, we recommend cold machine wash or hand wash and air drying to preserve fabric quality.
